View of wide empty street with one and two-storey housing. The former parish church is on the right. The episcopalian church, the masonic hall, the police station and the drill hall can be seen. A woman in an ankle length skirt is standing on the pavement holding a bucket. There is a drain in the gutter and it looks as if water has been poured down it.
