Description
Rectangular cast iron canal board plaque. Coloured dull gold with a raised border around it. Inscribed on it is " No passage across the locks except on canal business trespassers will be prosecuted. Canal House 1854." It came from Lock No. 1 on the Forth and Clyde Canal at Grangemouth.
