Description
Child's white cotton long sleeve day dress. Long and 3/4 sleeved. Front gathered to waist, back to neck-band. No border plain hem. Embroidery and decorative trim on sleeve ends and neckline. Sleeves have turn up cuffs. Front vertical pleats tightly gathered with band of four stitching lines at waist. Two ties come from waist to close item at back. Also closed with drawstring at neck and cloth covered button. Orange thread on inside back opening sewn into what looks like an "L" with more orange and some green thread sewn in lower down - not clear what it was.
