Description
Child's white cotton long sleeve day dress. Long and 3/4 sleeved. Front gathered to waist, back to neck-band. No border plain hem. Embroidery and decorative trim on sleeve ends and neckline. Front vertical pleats tightly gathered with band of four stitching lines at waist. Two ties come from waist to close item at back. Also closed with drawstring at neck and cloth covered button. Tie on front proper right has been sewn on with red thread. Green thread on back at bottom of opening possibly letters "I i" not clear. On front skirt in what looks like grey pencil is "65"
