White man's shirt collar. Looped tape through left end collar-stud-hole, with yellow-and-white striped cloth label bearing inscription "999 22". Printed on inside back neck "Welco Trade Mark extra heavy 4 fold band British manufacturers The R&A (cursive) back 1 1/2 * 16"... British manufacture". Has "JPS" written in black ink on it, probably owners initials. Fastens at the front with a metal collar stud with black and pearl coloured plastic detail.
