Description
Child's cream nylon (or early synthetic) dress. Ankle-length, short-sleeved and round-necked. Bodice has 3 pleats around the chest front and back. There is a plain round neck and puffed sleeves gathered into a frilled edge. There are 4 mother of pearl buttons and 4 hand made buttonholes. There are 2 silk ties at the neck. The bodice is lined in cotton. The skirt is gathered with 2 seams and 3 pleats around the bottom edge, lying above a 5cm hem. Home made possibly, seam off centre on the front proper right.
