Navy blue Civil Defence woman's trousers. Closed at the proper left hand side by three buttons. Pocket on the other side. Pocket and waist reinforced with canvas. Button on back waist band. Label on inside of trousers on pocket lining is white with black writing and reads ""56578/ TROUSERS B/D WOMEN/ CD 29/ SIZE 7/ Height 5ft 2/4ins/ WAIST 28-30/ HIPS 38-40/ HOBSON'S & SON/ (LONDON) LTD./ 1965" above this in ink on the fabric is stamped "1288".
