Description
Black mantelet or short cloak made from velvet with plain cotton lining. It is heavily beaded with flower patterns down front on either side of the hook and eye closing and down the back. There are ribbon bows where the arms would emerge. Some of the beading is frayed and there is some damage to the cloth. Circa 1880's.
