Description
Item was catalogued as a shawl. It is wrap shaped but is joined in the middle, the hem is rather bulky and the material has a lot of holes in that look like the fabric was pulled. Possibly it was a lining for something else. It may have been stitched as a pattern trial? It would not sit particularly well as a wrap/shawl as the material is a bit stiff. It is roughly rectangular with tapering ends and mad of a black fabric possibly made made.
