Description
Two medals issued to commemorate the coronation of George VI. The obverse shows the crowned heads of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth facing left. The reverse has an image of the burgh arms of Denny and Dunipace. Embossed on the obverse is "CORONATION OF KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH 12TH MAY 1937". On the reverse is "TO COMMEMORATE THE CORONATION 1937 BURGH OF DENNY AND DUNIPACE FOR GOD (&) THE PEOPLE".
