An oblong lead alloy communion token with cut corners embossed on the obverse "HIGH CHURCH/ KILMK. 1842/ 1" and on the reverse "LUKE XXII.19/ THIS DO/ IN/ REMEMBRANCE/ OF ME.".
The table number on the MDA card does not match the table number in the reference.
