Description
Unknown woman, probably Mrs Mary Wilson of South Bantaskine. She is wearing a full dress with three dark bands round the hem. The dark bands have a very narrow lighter band below them. Her dress has large flat buttons or rosettes down the front, and wide half length outer sleeves, partially covering white sleeves below. The bodice and sleeves have the same dark and light bands on them as the skirt. She is standing with her left hand on the back of a chair.
