Annotation "Mrs Eliza Brown Robertson or Nimmo (1871-1940) oldest daughter of George Brown Robertson, WS, Deputy Keeper of the Records [of Scotland] & his wife, Christina Rose, married 1900 Alexander Nimmo of Westbank, Falkirk (1858-1943) partner of Russel & Aitken, writers in Falkirk; & had issue 2 daughters & 5 sons, of whom Wm Nimmo WS who had this photograph developed from glass negative, was youngest. Miss Nimmo is seen in the garden at Westbank, demolished in 1948/49 to make way for present Town House"
