Description
Vertical rectangular wooden pattern for a fire surround. The long wide panel is decorated in the centre with a pillar in relief. The pillar is in two parts as it is waisted in the middle. The bottom half, which is set in a raised base, is heavier than the top half, which also ends in an ornamented top. Both parts have got a palmette like decoration, both pointing towards the middle of the pillar.
Small parts have come away from the waisted centre piece. They are enclosed in a small plastic envelope with the piece.
