Moulded cast iron curved band with moulded relief decoration. It has a broad, plain rim on the top, with a hole in the centre. In the middle is a band of small, carved rectangles, with a club motif in relief, interspersed with concave columns. On the bottom is a ridged rim with eight scalloped dots.
