 Description
French token from 1918. The obverse has an image of the palace of Versailles with the words " "GROUPES COMMERCIAUX DE VERSAILLES. 1918". On the reverse is a shield with "25" in the centre and flag lying diagonally and with two leaf sprigs, one oak and one laurel.
These coins were emergency money minted between 1914-1931.
