Description
Vaitarna photographed lying in a fitting out berth beside the entrance to the dry dock. View of a 'shade decked vessel' with a continuous upper deck of light construction and with openings on the sides. These have been boarded up for the passage out to India. The bridge is forward, to assist in navigating congested waterways. She has a single funnel, two masts and a fore-and-aft rigged sail furled against the forward mast. The crew is on board.
