Description
Large classical shape vase. The two handles reminate in volutes on top of the funnel shaped mouth. They are moulded and have a squiggle design in the centre of the sides. Gold, brown and green streaked glaze.
Stamped DUNMORE on the base, type 1.
The base has been broken and is joined by two large copper rivets on one side and three on the other. The glaze on the body is badly marked in places and there is a large patch on the shoulder missing.
