Cylindrical brass measure. The measure is marked with portcullis bearing the dates: 1906, 1913, 1923, 1933, 1943. Also marked with chequer boards and crowns and initials: GR, GVR, GVIR, ER.Stamped on the exterior is "GALLON BURGH OF FALKIRK" "DE GRAVE and CO LTD. MAKERS LONDON 598". Made by De Grave and Sons Limited, London.
