Administrative History
Margaret Cruikshank or Furmage was born in 1907 in Falkirk. She married John Furmage in 1937 and was widowed in 1941. John Furmage worked at John Brown's in Clydebank and was killed during the Blitz. Margaret Furmage attended Falkirk Baptist Church and Victoria School and brought up her family in Falkirk.
