Subject notes
The late 15th century laird's house was a rubble-built rectangle of three storeys and an attic, originally harled. The Georgian façade was added in 1807-09. The house was built for the Bruces of Airth and situated on a bluff above the Pow Burn and flat carselands. It is now a hotel.
