nail puller

Description
Nail puller in the form of a stout steel pipe fitted with a pair of sharp jaws at the end; one fixed, the other pivoted and extended to form a lever. A round rod (missing on this example) fits loosely in the tube and is provided with a head in the form of a knob or a hammer.
Its purpose is to drive the jaws over an embedded nail when forced smartly down.
