In May 1910 the building in Bank Street was bought by an ex-councillor who leased it to the Board of Trade as a Labour Exchange in May 1911 until 1921 (Love,J 1928 vol iv,p.33). Later Young's furniture store. See p15301 for a contemporary photo of a similar sign on the railings.
