Subject notes
The Fordson tractor was produced by the Ford Motor Company. Henry Ford was keen to produce cheap tractors as well as cars and trucks, not having enjoyed ploughing with horses on his father's farm. The Fordson arrived in the UK in 1917 and was later manufactured outside London.
