Description
Teapot with yellow glaze and brown external streaking glaze. The small lid has a moulded handle in the form of a rustic twig and has additional mottling of green glaze. It has a single perforation and a deep foot ring to sit inside the teapot. The handle to the body has a simple curve, lifting it above the pot. At the apex is a notch. Glazed interior. Heavily crazed suggesting use.
Stamped DUNMORE type 1 on the shoulder.
