British Red Cross great coat. Black exterior and red interior. The buttons depict a cross in a shield. The coat has double rows of 4 breast buttons, the upper ones tucked under the lapel. One internal pocket on the wearer's right with vertical slot. Two external pockets. The lining extends to just below the waist. Buttoned half belt. Small buttons on shoulder epaulettes.
