plaque; safe

Description
Round brass plaque with the old Falkirk coat-of-arms on. Alex Adam safemaker. Two small brass bolts to affix the plaque. It came from the strongroom door at the Denny Iron Works. An attempt to blow the door was unsuccessful, but the original mechanism was replaced anyway.
Alex Adam was a locksmith who worked in the Robert's Wynd/Silver Wynd area.
