Cylindrical brass measure. The measure is marked with portcullis bearing the dates: 1883, 1888, 1903, 1913, 1923, 1933, 1943. Stamped on the exterior is "IMPERIAL HALF GILL BURGH OF FALKIRK 1835 598" Stamped on the base is "FALKIRK BURGH A and S" and "A. COCHRAN and SON F.B."
