Rectangular blue flag with a yellow logo for the Queen's Award for industry with the letter "E" in the centre.
It was flown by Hepworth Refractories at the Manuel Works. The Queen's Award for Industry was given to GR-Stein in July 1987 in recognition of achieving an increase in its export sales by 48% over two years to 1986. In July 1987 export accounted for nearly half of the total sales.
