First aid kit for an ARP Post. the black tin box with a hinged lid has red and gold lettering on the lid that reads "PARAGON/ FIRST AID/ OUTFIT/ FOR A.R.P. POST". Inside are 8 triangular bandages, 2 small and 4 large dressings, 5 safety pins on a card mount, splints and a turneque.

Subject notes
The first aid box was probably used in Glasgow during the Second World War. One of Mr Hunter's relatives may then have given it to him for use as at his home in Bonnybridge. This information is speculative, as Mrs Hunter was uncertain.
