Description
Paisley shawl, repeating printed pattern in classic Paisley style in red, gold, green, navy. Cream coloured background with knotted fringe. Stitching on hemming at end looks hand stitched.
Used by the donor's mother and grandmother and said to be at least 100 years old when donated in 2002. Possible ID mark stitched in white on the inside of the shawl.
