 Description
Small teardrop caravan or more correctly - "The Thomson 8ft camping trailer". Painted green and cream with the curving door in the rear end, hinged at the top. This appears to be a 'dart' model.
It cost £175 new from Thomson's at Carronshore in 1939 and was in Newcastle for many years until it was picked up by the donor who restored it in Oxford in 1980. Vehicle Reg No BGE 248.
