Description
Disc shaped medal with clasp attachment for the ribbon. Bust of Edward VII on the obverse with the words "EDWARDVS VII REX IMPERATOR". On the reverse are oak leaves and a crown and the text "SCOTTISH POLICE/ FROM/ HIS MAJESTY/ KING EDWARD VII/ 1903."
These medals were awarded to members of the Scottish Police and ancillary services on duty for the celebrations related to the King's post coronation visit to Scotland in May 1903.
