Round blue enamelled disc set in a shield shaped frame and suspended by a single link to a horizontal bar. The inscription on the bar that reads "FALKIRK BRANCH/ CHAIRMAN". In the centre of the blue enamel are the silver letters "E A W" for the Women's Electrical Association. Between them is a representation of a burning torch.
