Incomplete wrought iron dog grate with base missing and sides broken.
This item came from Beaton's Mill, Whins of Milton, Sauchie, where James III is said to have been murdered after the Battle of Sauchieburn. The cottage was destroyed by fire and the ruins demolished in 1951.
