Description
Photograph of oil painting of the Wilson family outside their house, South Bantaskine. There were eight daughters and one son in the family. The painting shows the parents, six girls and one boy, so was presumably painted before the two youngest daughters (Nellie, born in 1862 and Joey born in 1864) were born.This photo is not scanned. You can see the original in the Archives in Callendar House
