Description
High Street, Bonnybridge, looking west from the bridge over the Bonny Water. A woman with a baby is standing on the right side pavement. Further away on the same side is a group of seven women and children, with a man standing a few feet away behind a fence. A group of eleven women and children and a dog is on the left pavement. Behind them is a shop advertising Lipton's teas. On the right side of the road is Cornhill Place and the Cornhill Inn, with another building block beyond it. Beyond that is the Bonnybridge Parish Church, with cottages opposite it. Two horse drawn carts are moving away from the camera, one carrying barrels. Further up the brae, a man is standing. Stamp and postmark have been removed.
