Barometer in the shape of a propeller on a stand, made of varnished laminated wood. "Presented by/ Mr.JAMES McARDLE/ WELLINGTON,NEW ZEALAND/ to the members of/ FALKIRK TEMPERANCE CAFE/COFFEE CLUB/ 3rd Dec.1956"
Falkirk Council was responsible for the Temperance Cafe in its latter years and the barometer was acquired through it.
