 Description
Fitting new lock gates at Lock 16, taken from the north bank of the canal. Three workmen are steadying the gate as it is suspended from the crane, prior to lying it flat on the ground. A fourth man watches.This photo is not scanned. You can see the original in the Archives in Callendar House
