Nightlamp brass with white bakelite, yellow paper and black paint. The handle and candle have floral decorations. Stamped on the handle is "FOR BURNING THE PYRAMID NIGHT LIGHTS SAML. CLARKE PATENTEE" on the base is "S CLARKE'S TRADE MARK PYRAMID PATENT" on the candle is "PRICE'S CHILDS NIGHT LIGHTS PLACE THE MORTAR IN SAUCER WITH WATER TO COVER THE RIM IMPROVED 3 HOURS SHIPBRAND" on the candle holder is "FOR CLARKES PATENT PYRAMID NIGHT LIGHTS SAML. CLARKES PATENT PYRAMID TRADE MARK" and on the guard is "S. CLARKES PATENT TRADE MAKR FAIRY".
