Description
Horse drawn fruit and vegetable van.The van is stopped in a side street, at its entrance on to a bigger road, the horse facing right. The ground floor of a building is in the background. Standing beside the van is Wull Hannah; a young boy is sitting on the van. Both are dressed in waistcoats, shirts, trousers and bunnets. The boy is also wearing a jacket. Mr Hannah has a leather change bag across his shoulder. He has a large moustache. The van is open at the side, with wooden compartments and baskets in which the vegetables are stored. Painted on a side panel is 'Vegetable grower'.
