Description
Frontage of office block. The windows are boarded up and many of the panes are broken. Ground floor windows have decorative wrought iron panels on the lower part of the window; the panel is missing from one of the windows. A rone pipe is fastened to the wall in the centre of the picture. To the left is a lamppost. A car is parked outside.
