'Grangemouth Bathing pond, erected 6 years ago, with temporary wooden accommodation is now having a brick enclosure made round it at a cost of £3,500. This includes 54 single cubicles, changing quarters for 260 boys and girls, dressing rooms for infants, showers etc, refreshment room and a spectators gallery. It will be opened shortly.'
