An oval lead alloy communion token embossed on the obverse "WHITBURN CHURCH / 1847" and on the reverse "THIS DO IN/ 6/ REMEMBRANCE OF ME".
The maker's name, A.Kirkwood, is on the reverse top border ridge, and the production place, Edinburgh, is on the reverse bottom border ridge.
The table number on the MDA card does not match the table number in the reference.
