Description
Whole cotton army bell tent. Made by Alperson Products Limited circa 1920-1940. Two large safety pins are used to attach the guide-lines due to tears in the original fabric. Some of the fabric has become brittle, and the fold-lines are prominent. It may be advisable to take the tent out of the bag occasionally. There is no ground sheet; the shape is traditional, with two telescopic aluminium poles.
