pot; glue

Description
Cast iron pot for boiling glue. It consists of an outer pot into which water could be placed and an inner pot with a flange that rests on the rim of the outer one. This permits the boiling water to evenly heat the contents. The outer pot is slightly globular, whereas the inner one is cylindrical. Two lobes on the tops of each pot carry wire loop handles. The inner pot still contains a small quantity of hardened glue of synthetic origin.
