Riffler, steel, curved, double-cut, length 24.5cm. Used by Mr Wilson. A riffler is a double-ended file or rasp, with two curved heads, usually tapered as in this case. It is used by all kinds of craft and tradesmen for smoothing concave parts of carvings etc.
