Description
Four ornamental wrought iron gates that used to front the Thornhill Road entrance to Victoria Park, Falkirk. They are painted green and have the old Falkirk Burgh coat-of-arms on them,along with thistles. Cast in relief along the top is "VICTORIA PUBLIC PARK". Two of the leaves are for the main gates and two for the pedestrian gates to either side. The wrought iron gates were designed by the
burgh architect, David Ronald, and produced by Jones and Willie of Birmingham.
