 Description
Five cast iron fettling stars, with 6 points. Made by Comelybank Foundry Company Limited in Denny in 1978. Used in a tumbler or 'rumbler' - to remove surplus sand from recently knocked-out castings.Tumblers were later replaced by shot blasting.
