Description
A wooden screwhole borer with cylindrical shaft and a pyramid base.Associated with George Paul & Company Limited, Denny, circa 1890-present day. Used for making small holes in castings, which would then be threaded by machine. 'Doofer' is a dialect word, correct title unknown.
